The bank receipt carries an invoice reference. Xero can return the older invoice by exact number, but the current month-limited run does not bring it into Recon+. Follow both routes from the same receipt.

What happens now
Recon+ only supplies invoices from the selected date window to the run. This older invoice is absent. SQL cannot match a row it never received, so the bank receipt remains Pending. The later support-item trace does not include this standalone bank line.
What should happen
When the monthly set misses a bank receipt, use its exact reference for a narrowly scoped Xero lookup across months. Verify the invoice number, contact and amount. Then show the verified invoice and its PAID status on the Recon+ page. A contact name alone is not an automatic match.
This is an anonymized explanation of an observed saved-run result and a proposed recovery path—not a live feature demo or proof of a deployed fix. The screenshot’s customer, amount, invoice number and IDs are intentionally omitted from this public page. The page uses standalone HTML with no runtime animation library.
